Shaakira has over 20 years of experience in financial services and has successfully advanced through every line of business in banking up to her current position as Executive Director, Market Director of Wealth with J.P. Morgan.

During her time at J.P. Morgan, she has led her team to the Top Tier of performance, has gained national recognition during leadership off-site meetings, implemented national change for the client experience and tripled team revenue year over year.

She also established mentoring circles for transferable skills and championed Diversity and Inclusion ambassador for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Shaakira has led her team in Northwest Indiana to be extremely cohesive and though they are all independently responsible, they operate in a team environment where they know to utilize each other as resources in their pursuit of success.

Shaakira’s educational accomplishments include undergraduate degrees in Finance and Sociology from Roosevelt University and an MBA with a Finance Concentration also from Roosevelt. She holds securities licenses in Series 7, 66, 9, and 10. (can provide more extensive bio upon request)
